Sorry to revive this thread but had a question. It only has 10mg of B6. Is this safe to take every day? |

A few weeks ago, I went into the vitamin shop to pick up some fish oil, and I spotted a bottle of something called recall support. When I started trying lucid dreaming, I could recall things fairly easily. I stopped taking it for a few days, and the recall died almost completely. I started again, and I could recall much better. I would recommend that people on this forum give Recall Support a shot. |

I think Noogah took 200 mgs of B6. If it says 2 a day, I'd say take two. I am sure you could get away with 3 pills every now and then, but I would go the classic Melatonin/B6 combo. It works for me every time. Check out Ninja's vitamin guide, it helped me alot. |

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
Yeah, actually, two hundred is kind of much. Fifty to a hundred mgs of B6, and no more is fine. And, yeah. Check out the vitamin guide. Excellent resource! |

that sounds like a cool formula, but we do have to be careful that we are not getting too much of something. |
