I've heard that binaural beats can be used to trigger lucid dreams, so I've downloaded SBaGen, a free program which generates binaural beats. However, although I can figure out how to run the program, I can't find any guides on how I'm supposed to use it. Other people seem to be using special tracks meant for lucid dreaming, which my program doesn't have, and using it while sleeping, which won't work for me. Is there a known way I can use SBaGen to increase frequency or quality of LDs? |

I have been interested in binaural beats for some time. In my experience, they can easily be used |

what are binaural beats? |

Your ears only respond to sound down to about 20Hz. Most brainwave activity, certainly |

For me binurals rarely work. SBagen was the worst personally. BWGen works ALOT better. |

Binaural beats has been the only method that has ever effectively worked for me. I always recommend this technique. You can find lots of info about this online, but I always recommend luciddreamnow.com as it has an excellent description of what binaural beats are and how exactly they trigger lucid dreams. |
