I've never heard of "dark chocolate covered coffee beans". |

OK so over my Christmas break, I made quite the discovery. The night of Christmas Eve, i dreamed poorly. Christmas day I had some of these dark chocolate covered coffee beans that my dad got for Christmas. This was around around 3:00 P.M. That night, I had 3 awesome LDs. The next day I had some more of these candies around the same time. And what happened that night? 3 more LDs. Ever since, I've been having 5-10 of these coffee beans a day around 3 P.M. And I get 3 or more lucids every night. Coincidence? Maybe. |

Dark chocolate and coffee have caffeine. Dark chocolate and coffee contain some antioxidants. Both have been shown, at least anecdotally(hehe I invented a new word) to help keep awareness and increase the odds of lucidity. I'm not sure the effects would last all the way from 3PM though. What time did you go to bed? |

My dad got them from my mom for Christmas. And she got them from this big candy store downtown called The Sweet Palace. I'm pretty sure they don't have to be "dark" chocolate covered, because I tried these regular chocolate covered ones yesterday and they worked as well. I found them in the coffee shop in Walmart. Most coffee shops should have them. |

Of course, me and caffeine don't get along super well. If I drink a Mountain Dew in the middle of the day I have a hard time getting to sleep (I usually go to bed around 11 to midnight). So you guys might want to try eating them at a later time. |
