Since you asked. This occured at the end of April, through May, and I kept notes while taking 2 pills per night. (except for 3 days where I was injured and couldn't really sleep, so I didn't take the pills) I didn't bother to post because there wasn't much interest as far as I could tell.
The point of this was, I wanted to know if I could LD without doing the normal work by using a suppliment instead.
Day 1- 8 specific normal dreams- This is double more normal dreams I usually remember.
Day 2- No memory of dreams, but I know I had them, I just can't remember
Day 3- Dreaming all night long, the dreams were long- Lots of motion in the dreams (fast movement, sliding, flying)
Day 4- Normal Dreams, well, except the Leafs won the Stanley Cup in 5 games. These pills may affect my cognitive reasoning.
Day 5- Normal Dreams
Day 6- Normal Dreams
Day 7- Wild insane vibrant lucid dream... after I became lucid, I actually gave up being lucid because I wanted to see how the dream would play out without my medling. (1st time I've done this)
Day 8- Vivid Dreams
Day 9- Vivid Dreams
Day 10- Normal Dreams
Day 11- Normal Dreams
Day 12- Normal Dreams
Day 13- Lucid Dream: Intense emotional dream, I woke up with Euphoria, a rarity in my dreaming experiences. (this would be the 4th time this has happened in my life)
Day 14- Intense Lucid Dream: A dream of a dilemna Left over from the past (personal, so no details)... still ingrained in my head to this day.
Day 15- Normal dreams
Day 16- Lucid Dream: Dream training on teleportation. Started to focus to teleport and changed background location momentarily, and then failed at the last second and everything changed back. I Floated off from originating point and got annoyed, and woke up.
17: Normal Dreams
18: Normal Dreams
19: Lucid Dream: Light Emitting Vampires (don't ask)
20: Lucid Dream: Huge crasing waves and coming flood, so I became lucid and created a building for me and my friends. This was fun, the building was made out of glass, so we got to watch the waves smash over and over, destroying everything around us.
21: Lucid Dream: "Pacified" an 8 armed demon queen in an arena with lots of hand to hand battles going on.
22: Teen movie lucid dream Hung out on the block with teenage friends, zombie problem, evading the cops, immature situational comedy etc...
23: Pulled my back in an accident. Took No pills: No Dreams
23: Pulled my back in an accident. Took No pills: No dreams
25: Pulled my back in an accident. Took No pills: No dreams
26: Lucid Dream: Bus trip to the stanley cup finals at the Palladium. GO Sens Go! (the Sens did make it to the cup for the 2007 year)
27: Lucid Dream: Sword training, super speed around the sword shop... gashed on the leg during unarmed disarm- still won though
28: Normal Dreams
29: Normal dreams
30: Normal dreams
31: Lots of small dreams (16 I can rememeber, but all meaningless)
32: Lucid Dream: Real life Dungeons and Dragons adventure with old friends.
33: Lucid Dream: The darker powers (don't ask) offered to embed me with a "sniffer" (a kinda cray fish like tracker). It felt real enough and is apparently quite the honour, as it can be embedded in others to let me always find them. I graciously declined. (I'd also point out this is a dream, and not real incase you fly off the handle reading this crazy Beyond Dreaming forum goers)
So, the tally is 12 LDs in 30 days of pills and a whole lot of vivd dreams without doing any work.
I normally get 2-3 Lucid Dreams every 2 week period without really trying.
I can get 4-5 every 2 weeks if I am deligent and do the work to trigger them.
So yeah, the pills worked for me. I will order them again if I ever have a dry spell. (which was the other ultimate point of this exercise)
