When I was younger I used to be like that. I always fell asleep with music that would later be related to the dreams I had. Now a days I like to fall asleep with NO distractions at all! |

Haha, interesting. I'm trying to break the habit, but even now I strait up neednoise to fall asleep. Music, fan, anything. Anyways, maybe music can have an affect on your dreams (as in how well you sleep/dream). |

i sometimes listen to some ambient while trying to sleep and it doesnt affect my capacity to become lucid but sometimes it makes me awake sooner...When in a LD i start to lose concentration and begin listening to the music, then wake up...So i still listen to music but program sleep in my amp so it shuts down while im sleeping... |
