Hey, everyone I'm new to the forums btw, I've been lucid dreaming since I was a kid but it's been much more difficult in recent years to recall and become aware in my dreams. I seem to have good dream recall when I am consistent with my dream journal but even then sometimes it is hard. My friend and I (who is pretty talented at LD'ing) ordered the Dreamer's Blend Tea/Smoke from IamShaman.com |

You spend your life working for minimum wage but you know... you always get your dreams for free.
So my friend recieved the stuff in the mail today marking I day 1 of my experiment. I will start off with a small dose and note the effects today and gradually increase the amount daily. I should have enough for at least 1 week. Wish me luck I'll keep you all updated on my experiences and my friend's as well. |

I started off the first day with about a one gram dose of the blend, which looked like a good amount. I did a little research and found that this was a pretty small dose so I felt it was the ideal starting point. As for effects, there was nothing majorly significant about it although I did have a better ability to recall my dreams than previously. I remembered more dreams during the night and I felt possibly a bit more aware in my dreams. It seems to work so I will up the dosage tonight and report back tomorrow I guess. |

Hiya, |

I have used Calea in the past from I am shaman actually. I also had a couple of my friends try it. For me personally it did not help, and made me sleep a lot longer than usual. However, a couple of my friends said they had very vivid dreams using it. Guess it depends on the person. |

Hmm, well that looks interesting. I also found this Dream tea from Mountain Rose Herbs: |
