Hey everybody! it's been a while since i've been on here but i'm back and just wanted to share something that helps for me personally when it comes to going into a lucid dream. Note that this depends on how deep of a sleeper you are.
Ok on my cellphone I have an alarm set for 3:00 a.m., Before I go to sleep I make sure my phone is on vibrate mode (that way when the alarm goes off it will not play audio but will only vibrate). Then I put my phone maybe one and a half feet away from my ears. And then i count each time i exhale (as said in other tutorials) until i fall asleep.

I notice when i'm dreaming and my phone vibrates my dream starts to shake for a moment and i hear a strange noise. Sometimes in dreams i ignore the shake, but other times i notice it and become lucid, i figure all i have to do is train myself to recognize the shake each time.
