I was wondering if anyone had had any effects from oatmeal, either instant or old fashioned.

i noticed the B6 but i dont think its enough to do anything.

and id usually eat 2 servings at a time, if i were just eating.

i could probably eat at least 4 if i tried.


could someone be willing to test this for me? ill try to test tomorrow since i cant eat this tonight, bu till eat it tomorrow after dinner or before bed, whichever you think would be better

dinner is usually from around 630 to 830 some time in that period.

and i need this cause my dad would think i was a stoner or i was doing something stupid if i asked him to buy me pills and tea and shit, cause i dont drink tea. and the pills would just be suspiscious.
