      Question Essential oils for dream recall and LD's

      I was wondering if anyone knows of some essential oils that help with lucid dreaming. I'm planning on trying some clary sage oil tonight

      I recently read that the sclary sage fragrance is supposed to increase the ability to dream. I have yet to try it for myself.

      Did you use it? If yes how? Did you get any results?
