Hypnosis cd comment

I have a lot of troble getting to sleep at times and I have almost all my life. My mom about a year ago now got me this cd done by this hypnotist Gleen Harold, it is amazing because I have only been able to stay awake through the entire first track only about 6 times. The secound track which is just as effective if not less is to cause an increase in lucid dreams. I do recomend him greatly. His cd on amazon.com is $12.21 but if you buy the other 4 cds it is $36.63. sorry if this does seem like an ad, but it is honestley worth every single cent.
