      Tobacco?

      Hello. I have been both lucid dreaming and smoking cigarettes for over a year.

      I haven't yet done a study myself, though I soon will, but I would like to know if any of you can tell me the effects of tobacco and lucid dreaming in your experience. Thanks

      Also, I am currently trying to find Calea Z, if I do, I am planning on doing a full fledged week long study on it. I will post it when I do.

      for me, there's a minimal connection, if any.
      i've been smoking cigarettes for at least four years now and it's never made any difference.
