      When sould i take Galantamine+Choline?

      I got "Lucid Dreamer" from Dreamamins. I took it 2 times. First time I took 2 capsules after 4 hours of sleep and didn't have LD. Second time I wanted to took 1 capsule before going to bed and 1 after 4 hours, but after taking the first capsule I couldn't fall asleep for a long time and turned the alarm off. This night a had 2 low-quality LDs. After this I didn't have enough time to sleep so i didn't take it for about 10 days. So when is it better to take the capsules? Before bed or after 4 hours of sleep? Or maybe 1 before bed and 1 after 4 hours?

      Sounds very like my experience. I got the same tabs about ten days ago. Last Sunday I took one 4mg capsule at 3a.m. Went back to sleep but woke up about an hour later as the effects were kicking in. I had all kind of interesting sensations but no LD. Unable to sleep for the rest of the night. It wasn't unpleasant, I just felt I could get up and go for a run or sit an exam . Then at 7 a.m. I fell asleep and had two of the most vivid non-lucid dreams I have ever had. 48 hrs later I tried again, took one pill at 4 a.m. and was awake until the alarm went off at 6.30. No LD. So, last night I took 2capsules at 3 a.m. Deliberately stayed awake for 1 hour listening to affirmations on my ipod ( as a WBTB) then tried unsuccessfully to WILD. I fell asleep at 7 a.m. and had 2 short but vivid LDs, four false awakenings and at least 3 very vivid non-lucids in 1.5 hours. The FAs were particularly realistic and I felt mildly freaked for a few minutes before heading back in!
      So what time to take it? I would say stick with REM start at around 3-4am.
      If you take it at bedtime chances are you are going to be awake all night. What I need ( and maybe you) is a way to get things going a bit quicker. Things certainly kick off for me four hours after taking the green pill.
      I am reading Yuschaks book at the moment so maybe the answer is there. Possibly taking 5HTP before bed?

      Thanks for reply. I've read Yuschaks book too. He says to take it after 4 - 5 hours. BTW you said to take it at 3-4am, what time do you go to bed?

      Around 11 to 11.30 in which case I probably dont get to sleep till about 12 so maybe I took it too soon I tend to wake up naturaly every night between 3and 4 so it is a case of taking the opportunity as it arises.

      I went to bed at 12 and couldn't fall asleep till about 1, then I woke up at about 3:30 and took 2 capsules. I had 1 LD but I remember it poorly... Also I woke up several times and it took a long time to fall asleep again.

      Just do what Yushak says to do in his book: after 4.5-5 hours of sleep. Then stay up for an hour so you're falling asleep as the supplements hit peak plasma. Don't mess around with this formula, Yushak has done a systematic study and found this to be the best, and I have to say I agree with him. I've only failed to become lucid once when following this method (and that's like once out of 50 attempts). I know the Dreamamins bottle says you can take it before bed, but don't listen to that.
