ya it sucks when it comes to taste but it did give me a few lucids.

so are you going to do it again?

Probably - but I want to get some mugwort (which has always worked well for me in the past) and make a blend (eg 2 spoonfuls of Mugwort per 1 wormword). I cant find Mugwort as an extract - but it works well enough to merit getting some dried leaf. I will combine this with the dreid wormword to get rid of it.

I am also still experimenting with the Calea extract and Dream Catalyst (calea+choline+mugwort+others) - I posted about the Dream Catalyst seperately.

To be honest I will continue to focus on experimenting with the extracts first.

The extracts are a wonderful thing - you add a few drops from a dropper into the bottom of a glass - add a little orange juice - and down it goes in one then off you go to bed. MUCH easier than boiling water, steeping herbs for 15 or more mins, straining the tincture to get rid of the bits, adding sugar or honey.

I also bought the calea extract in bulk (4 bottles) to get a discount and have barely used a fraction of the first!!!

ya i used to get wormwood that grows everywhere by my house and use it but now i have some mugwort, got it at walmart along with some lemon balm. I just let it grow during summer, occasionally ripping some off, and a few days ago i cut all the leaves off and dried them. Last night i made the tea and had some nice dreams.
