      I need an audio track..

I need an audio track that plays a message to alert me that I'm dreaming after so long of being asleep so there is a chance that it alerts me inside my dream and helps induce a lucid. It's okay if it plays soft music on a loop for a few hours or so but as long as it has a message for when I am asleep saying I'm dreaming..

^ Same with me. I need just a silence that plays until I've been sleeping a while.

You will most probably wake up right before it's going to start (this is in case you know how long does the silence last) or will keep on waking up all the night (you don't know)

The subliminal lucids are MUCH easier... but if you want to listen to something while you are asleep, those are also on the Audio Aid Repository, at the bottom of the post.

I've experimented with this. I found it quite difficult, because you aren't really aware of the correct volume that you need for the alert: It has to be loud enough without slipping by unnoticed in your dream, or quiet enough so it doesn't simply wake you up!

I guess I had more trouble with it since I didn't have those "sleeping headsets" or whatever they're called, where you can (wear earphones? and) listen to music comfortably in bed without them falling out or pressing hard against your ear.

Edit: Actually, I found a thread concerning this, one which I started long ago. Didn't get much response.

Then this should be perfect! http://iso-tones.com/LucidSpike.mp3

It begins with 20 minutes of silence. The you should attempt to fall asleep naturally during the silence. After the silence is a spike in brainwave activity designed to trigger lucidity from within the dreamstate. About 40 minutes long.

      Hope it works!
