      Good combo?

Could this work as an effective combo together:

      4mg Galantamine
      3mg Melatonin
      310mg Choline
      100mg B6
      500mg Tryptophan

I have horrible dream recall and have never had a lucid dream. So what I'm trying to achieve is to have very vivid preferably lucid dreams, that I can also recall very well.

      1. Is this a safe combo?
      2. Is there anything you would remove, change, or add?
      3. How often should this be done?
      4. On the day of using this, what times should the different ones be taken?
      5. Would this even do anything?

Galantamine and choline should not be taken at the same time as the Melo/L-Tryp.

Take the Melo before bed - and the galant/choline after 4-5 hours.

Dont mix Tryptophan with Melo - you only need one - taken together will be counter productive (deep deep sleep - and you might feel dopey in the morning with poor recall).

If you want better recall then try DMAE and B5 and B6

I actually prefer Alpha GPC instead of Choline. SOme say Choline does not pass the BBB - whereas Alpha GPC is the best precursor to Acetly Choline.

Dont take Galantamine on subsequent nights - have at least one night off after every attempt. The body becomes tollerant to galantamine with daily use and it will cease to be effective (and its not cheap). If I want to LD on subsequent nights then I use Huperzine A on one night and Galantamine the other. Huperzine A does the same.

So when should B6 and Tryptophan be taken? I read it helps with vivd dreams:

Does melatonin have the same effect since B6 and Tryptophan create serotonin which eventually converts to melatonin?

Yes = B6 helps the conversion of L-Tryp into serotonin - take both together just before bed.

Melotonin does the same - and I beleive is the most efficent serotonin precursor. Therefore take Melo Or L-tryp/B6.

5-HTP also works well as a serotonin precusor and also works better with B6. In fact I prefer it to L-tryp.

Its useful to have a few of these around, if you are going to make multiple attempts over a few nights then I like to change it up - so I will use Melo one night, then 5-HTP+B6 the next.
