Thread: Valerian & B6

Hiiiii!

Well today I bought drops of Valerian 5ml, which I was told to put 10 drops on some sugar... And also Vitamin B6 20mg (I'll take 150mg - I think it is sufficient)

So tonight I'm not sure how I should do this, should I take both before bed?? Any advice? I read stuff on this forum but I'm still not very clear..

Also: could I dip a ciggarette in the Valerian liquid, dry it and smoke it? Tnx!
