Question Nuero sleep? does it improve dreams or skip them?

Ive been trying these drinks called Nuero and I havnt tried the sleep version yet, because they dont sell it at my school. The drinks usually have different substances in them that aid different things. The sleep one I heard knocks people out and puts them in REALLY heavy sleep.

My question is, does this make dreams more vivid? Does heavy sleep make dreams more vivid and also the heavier the sleep is it easier to lucid dream?

i will accept answers from anyone but if someone tried them let me know, cause i would definitly like true answers.

      Thanks!

I've had neurosleep, and i've only used it for afternoon naps. It feels pretty much like taking a melatonin pill, and probably has the same effect as one. (Generally, melatonin improves dream vividness, for me atleast) It knocks you out within an hour.
Warning though, It kinda takes like mango and ass.

First...find out what is in it.

Deeper sleep does not mean more vivid/lucid dreams. Deeper sleep means more restful slow wave sleep and less REM sleep. However since I have no idea what is in the product you mention, I cannot tell you how it might be affecting your sleep. Melatonin may very very slightly increase REM sleep. Prescription sleep aids increase slow wave sleep and decrease REM sleep. You just need to know what you're putting into your body.
