      Exclamation Isochronic Tones Help?

Ohk, I would just like to say that I have little to no experience with Isochronic tones.

I was wondering, would you be able to start with a 2Hz tone for 15 minutes to get you relaxed and ready for sleep and then slowly fade into a 5Hz tone to help you with a WILD attempt or is it just easier (WILDing wise) to stick with a constant 5Hz Tone?

I am going to make one after I hear what people have to say and there opinions on the experiment. If I am convinced to try I will make it with a Extremely Smooth transition and will post on here if all goes well.

Thanks for all your comments and Opinions

What I do is start with one at about relaxed/thinking brain level; 15 hertz or so. I stay there for the first 5 minutes to get the brain "settled." After that, I slowly drop the tone by two or three hertz every 3 or 4 minutes. Eventually, I settle down at about 5 or 4 and stay there for ten minutes or so. I like to add music to them...one track is this weird-ass group chant thing...I also have one of Japanese folk music, and another of new age stuff.
