      Question Vitamins

What vitamins/nutrients help induce a LD?

I was going to look through my pantry for something that might help but i need to know what vitamins/nutrients or ingredients would help me out here.

      Any help will be appreciated!

B3, B5, B6 and B12 are the best ones to increase vividness which in turn increases recall.

For dream recall/vividness, I've always sworn by Gingko Biloba (sp?).

It's available in a lot of the exam booster/memory helper pills generally available in pharmacies, though I've found that a tolerance builds to it fairly quickly.
I'd rather be asleep and living than awake and dreaming.

Never heard of Gingko Biloba before but ill keep it in mind...

I also found that if you eat Tuna and low-fat yogurt it covers all those vitamins listed above (B3 B5 B6 B12) i think if i try that when i get the yogurt it will help me out alot...

How long before i go to sleep should i eat them? do the effects last for hours or should i eat them just before going to sleep?
