      Melatonin... REVERSE effects

      Okay I've recently bought melatonin not for dreaming... But for sleeping.

      I cut the pill in half since its 3mg.

      I've been sleeping long nights instead of staying up til late and not getting any sleep but my dreams... I cant remember any..

      Any help?
