iPhone App "Theta Pack" - experiences anyone?

      Hi everyone,

just came across this binaural beat app
and was wondering if anyone has tested this out before
in order to achieve (better) lucudity.

      Thanks for your input!

Generally binaural beats work for some and not for others, so no-one can really say if it's going to work for you. There are some free binaural sound files out there so I personally wouldn't bother paying $5 for it. Btw I've tried the trashy free iPhone programme called "Binaural Beats" which is pretty lousy.

Dont get theta pack, get "brain hack" in it experience it did not induce a dream, however, I experienced multiple false awakenings in which I performed a reality check. So, yeah. Brain hack works for me, I dunno about theta pack.

Yeah I know! It's like "Lucid dreaming guaranteed!"

That is, if you know how to get out of a false awakening properly.

I love brainhack. I got it when they were selling it for free, since I'm broke and I couldn't have gotten it otherwise.

No lucids for me, but I've had a lot of luck with the other frequencies, so at least I know it works...

I have 2 free binaural beats apps, binaural beats, which is lame, and iBrainWave, which is pretty good. Gives you variable frequency from 4htz to somethig really high, plus you can activate te white noise and turn the beat volume all the way down if you need a white noise generator.

      Brainhack results:

VERY VIVID false awakenings. Hmm, if i make false awakening RCing a habit, i could have a very high chance of lucid dreaming. Im talking multiple dreams a night here, folks.

      Day2: vivid false awakening

How have you been using Brainhack? What length of session do you use, and do you put it on when you first go to bed, or after a WBTB, or what?

Typically, for the lucid frequency, I do 30 min as I'm falling asleep. Sometimes, I might actually fall asleep, but the beats stop so suddenly that it pulls me back long enough to put my ipod away. I haven't had a lucid dream yet, but I think it does give me vivid dreams.

It made me sleep lightly all night and the only dream I can remember was a typically unvivid one about being in an Edwardian country house with Kate Winslet, with servants dashing about everywhere carrying food on trays. It was just a couple of zombies and a suitcase full of ninjas away from a really great lucid.
