      Valerian Glycerite

      Is the pill version much more preferred or is the taking the same?
      And can I add it with a tryptophan such as warm milk to increase the chances of falling asleep?
      Oh and when will i see effects after taking 20 drops?
      Or should I take more?

      i take valerian roots (in pill form;800mg of valerian and 220 of extract, which i believe has the valerenic acids) a few nights a week. i had some wild dreams! it says to take 2 pills a night but i only take on along with some melatonin (5mg).

      I tryed the Valerian Root extract for the second night last night, and suprisingly I was aware enough to have a lucid dream! I haven't had one since I was around 5 years old and I am pretty excited and anticipating to take it again tonight.
