I wasn't always successful, but WBTB is when I've used it even though the bottle says to take it at bed. (Haven't tried that... probably won't) |

what do you usually do within that hour you are awake (does it have to be an hour?) and would you say that galantamine has had success with you? |

When I first started, I would lay in bed and listen to binaural beats/Isochronic tones. That didn't net me much success. I had maybe one like that. |

If you read through the many posts on the subject you will see that there is no "right" way to take G. Secondly, it is no guarantee that you will OB. It just helps set up the proper brain chemistry to give you a better chance at it. It is not a psychedelic drug. Do the research here on this site and you will have all your questions answered. At least those that can be answered. |
