HELP! Can someone tell me how to properly use GALANTAMINE?

I am relatively new to lucid dreaming (about a month). I actually got inspired to try lucid dreaming by watching the new movie 'INCEPTION'. I recently purchased the Lucid Dreamer supplement off:

Advanced Dream Nutrition: Lucid Dreamer Product

and I have tried using it several times without avail, but I could definitely feel the effects on me. I know not to use it everyday, but when you do use it, is there a special way to help it along? I tried getting up at 3:00am with the WTBD method, but was unsuccessful and had a terrible night's rest after I took the Galantamine substance.
For those that have success stories using Galantamine, please reply and tell me your process!
      Thanks for your help.

I wasn't always successful, but WBTB is when I've used it even though the bottle says to take it at bed. (Haven't tried that... probably won't)
I will sleep for 4.5-6 hours, stay up an hour, and take it. It does have a high chance of waking one up. It sometimes helps to sort of chase it if you will with something to put you back to sleep that doesn't completely knock you out. I usually pop a melatonin with it.

what do you usually do within that hour you are awake (does it have to be an hour?) and would you say that galantamine has had success with you?

When I first started, I would lay in bed and listen to binaural beats/Isochronic tones. That didn't net me much success. I had maybe one like that.
Usually I just get up on my computer, and look at information on lucid dreaming. I mainly come here, or I'll look up books and cds related that I might want to buy.

If you read through the many posts on the subject you will see that there is no "right" way to take G. Secondly, it is no guarantee that you will OB. It just helps set up the proper brain chemistry to give you a better chance at it. It is not a psychedelic drug. Do the research here on this site and you will have all your questions answered. At least those that can be answered.
