Thread: First lucid dream in a year!

So I wanted to get back into dreaming. But I could barely remember my dreams!So I kept looking around these forums and I couldn't get anything to work.BUT I got some melatonin and took 1 the first day with a bit of exercise, nothing. Second day I exercised till I felt like I was gonna DIE. then at night i took 2 melatonin capsules. I fell asleep super fast. I had a clear vivid dream about going on a school field trip and it went wrong and I almost got murdered . I woke up later and i felt like because i didn't have a lucid one! I fell asleep again after reviewing my dream and then I had a new dream.I dreamt that I was in a place were you can't go into the darkness or outside or these ugly gohst monsters will eat you. I got attacked once but I got away. Then in the middle of the dream,I suddenly KNEW I was dreaming. it was like a DING! and then I just ran out of the house and jumped through the window and flew. It was amazeingly vivid. although the dream started comeing apart. I started rubbing my hands together and said "STAY IN THE DREAM STAY IN THE DREAM!" and it went back together. So I spent a little time flying but each time I flew it didnt last long. So i spawned some jet boots. That worked but they were too hard to control! I got down to the ground and tryed to blow stuff up. I pointed my finger at an old broken down building and imagined it blowing up. Didn't work. The dream faded away. I woke up and I was so happy . This was all thanks to you guys who contribute to this forum. If you have any tips for me please tell me please. you guys are great.
