      Recurring Lucid Nightmare

Why do i have this Recurring Nightmare?

Okay so I have this dream a lot where I can't open my mouth or sometimes have slight problems moving around. So my latest one was where I woke up in my bed at my parents house and my dad came in my room. I forgot what he did but it was mad creepy then I realized I was having this dream again so I tried to talk but I couldn't. So I ran down to his office which looked suprisingly like how I remember it. Then I tried to type in on his computer what was happening and he just kept staring at me. The whole time I was straining to wake up. Eventually I did. Anyone know what this means I am so tired of it. Sometimes it gets really intense.

I put this in lucid experiences because it is a semi lucid most of the time.

      * I guess I should add it doesn't always involve my dad this was just the latest scenario.
Sometimes im completely alone, sometimes with friends

I don't know what this means, I don't really know much about dream meanings. This caught my eye a little cause when I was younger, "this post made me remember these dreams" I would have dreams about my mother, scary ones. She would be running around the house like possessed or something, weird. And there was this one, when I used to sleep at my grandmothers house, her room was in a basement, I would be laying in the bed and a witch would come sneaking into the room crouched and just hide behind the headboard...freaky...at that age anyways. And that seemed so real now that i think of it...
Sorry went on about nothing here..
