      [FR]: Vivid and realistic dream

This is the second time recently where I've had a dream which was, in terms of senses, very realistic and vivid. Quite often in dreams, running and walking are difficult, and yet jumping forty feet in the air and gliding are very easy. Also in my dreams, I often have numbed senses.

Recently, though, I've had dreams where I jumped normally, fell normally, and things felt quite real. I was able to hit myself and feel pain, rub my hands and feel the sensation, and touch the ground and feel its roughness. It's been incredibly fun, despite my diminished dream powers, and this extra layer of reality has helped me stay lucid and logical in dreams, as well as made me feel like I'm accomplishing something in terms of dream goals.

Thanks, it happened spontaneously, after me being frustrated by non-vivid dreams for a while. Also, I found that even though I remember thinking "Wow, this feels realistic", after waking up, it still seems dreamlike in memory. The only reason I remember it being vivid is because I made note of it while in my dream.

My dreams are the same way. It makes things very interesting . Once you start having vivid dreams like this every night it gets very interesting, you will go to sleep knowing your about to be somewhere else lol. Now my goal is to gain control of the world around me as much as possible, it becomes difficult when the dream world it that "real"

      good luck

This is exactly the experience I've had; it's more difficult to control a dream which seems real. I HAVE gotten super jumping abilities in one, but that's only because it's automatic for me to have that in my dreams; so I didn't think, I just did.

      Good luck to you too!
