Thread: 1st Lucid experience

Hi im new to this forum, but i thought i would join to encourage my brain to think about lucid dreaming. I also read Laberge's book and have tried to lucid dream for about 3 month/


Just about 10 minutes ago I woke up from my first lucid dream! The only reason Im not sure is that is was very strange and I kept going in an out of control. It was like one minute I had control the next I was moving the wrong way or confused by scenery. And then to be confused by the dream itself! I even remember flying (very badly!?) and seeing a black cat.

there were a few moments i said in the dream in my head "this is a dream!" but they seem so long ago now.

There was also an accidental reality check when i was looking at a sticker! and the letters kept changing!

Writing this down is actually solidifying this in my head, as if I can remember it better now!

What do you guys think, was this def a lucid dream? It just wasn't that clear as a dream I think.
