      First LD this morning!

      I was running towards my house from my local park and then started flying. I grabbed onto a no parkning sign pole and spun around it and flung off. Then i just realised i was dreaming. I got excited but told myself to stabilize the dream and slow down. I was still floating in the air, and i looked at my hands. The dream started fading, like i was floating up to the sky and couldnt see the dream anymore. Then it was all black and i had woken up.

      Im amazed at how vivid and clear it was, it was so realistic. It felt like i was actually flying (although i dont know how that feels lol).

      Congratulations, and I wish you many wonderful lucid dreams in the future.

      If your first one was so vivid, then you shouldn't have much trouble with vividness in the future, (touch wood, I don't wanna jinx you.)

      Haha I love reading first LD posts but all of them don't last very long and it makes me feel guilty since my first LD lasted ~10minutes. But anyways, great dream OP! Didn't even think of flying till my 2nd LD, first one I had I just ran around telling everyone "omg im lucid dreaming" haha. Pretty lame c:

      Wow, I'm sorry everyone. I didn't realize it was from 2008. How did I even find it? It must have been near the top of some list for me to think it was recent.
