had my first lucid dream!...not a pretty sight

I've been trying to become lucid for the past 5 days now and yesterday I finally became lucid! I'm actually so happy to know I'm dreaming in the dream, however as the title suggests...it wasn't a pretty sight! It started off with me in some computer room, the mood of the atmoshere was pretty weird in which I was a bit scared, a bit sad, a bit angry (a mixture of emotions) although I don't know why that was. I then got up, and saw a woman/angel/elf? Walk through the door. She was in purple and seemed a bit strange. I then remember that she saved me from a situation in which I was going to die in my dream. I am not lucid at this point. I then remember her telling me to follow her, and that if I do this then she can make anything I want happen. She told me you can wish for anything u want, can do anything u like and can have as many lives as you want. This instantly triggered my lucidity. I questioned her by saying "so basically its like a dream? Because in a dream I would be able to do anything." My lucidity began to get stronger as I then said to the DC "yh, I'm in a dream aren't I." This is when things got pretty ugly. The woman blasted out in laughter, and I mean she BLASTED out laughing so badly that I felt like a fool for asking whether this was a dream. However I was quite lucid at the time, so when she laughed I said I know this is a dream. She then got straight up, and her eyes opened wide and she grabbed me by the throat and said "this is reality." I again said no its a dream, and at this point a began to get scared as it turned into a nightmare. She strangled me and I said "okay I believe you its reality not a dream." She then left me and forced me into thinking that I'm in real life as opposed to a dream. I then remember her doing magical things, and stuff and it kept coming to me that this is a dream. She then asked me how many lives I want and I said 5 lives. At this point I felt my lucidity kick in again, and was about to say that this is a dream. But the woman scared me the first time I asked and strangled the shit out of me and so I didn't ask again. The dream ended and I woke up! Unfortunately my first lucid involved me asking my DC if I'm in a dream world, but being strangled for asking such a thing? What a lucid hey? I then tried to get back into the dream state using one of those dream induced methods, so I could kick the shit outta my dc and tell her I am in a damn dream! Lol but it didn't work maybe my next one ill be able to control the dream better.

Gongratulations for your first LD:bravo:. Took a month for me, lucky you. Don´t worry about that, it´ll probably go away either by itself or when you complete your plan of "kicking the shit outta her." Just train behind her back and then stad her with a knife. (Works every time.)

Jeez.. 5 days thats not fucking fair!!! Kidding Congratz man on your first lucid dream I'm trying it now 3/10 months, lol.

Thanks guys. I do hope to have another one soon (tonight would be great lol). The thing is there is no fixed method that i attempted inorder to become lucid. I have started a dream journal and every night for the past 5 days i have managed to recall a maximum of 6 dreams per day. In fact the minimum amount of dreams i have recalled is 4 dreams per day. I reckon there is a link between recalling dreams and lucidity. Or it could just be that i became lucid entirely by fluke.
