      Wbtb experience

Yesterday I drifted out of sleep at around 9:00 am feeling fully refreshed but decided I would keep laying on my bed. Shortly after I started hearing sounds like people kissing and then I felt like my face sunk into my pillow which lead into a lucid dream. Was this wbtb plus wild, deild or a little of both? I've decided that I'm going to try and wbtb at around 4:00 + mild, but I'm scarred that this will cause sleep deprivation.

Can anyone give some words of wisdom,

      Thanks

Sleep dep can be good especially the next night. I was wiped out yesterday but refused to do anything about it, I'd just have to sleep. I got some fun and interesting dreams out of it. Sleep dep 1 day and the next is gonna be good.
