Not a chance that I am actually deceased !! I am alive & well. If you are then we all are, so it would be irrelevant then =P (death would lose its meaning aswell)

In any case, even if a dream predicts future events or how things in the future will look, they are still dreams. Many (ancient) cultures believe/believed that sometimes people had dreams that would predict the future, but they were still dreams. So even if they tell you some about the waking world, they are still dreams. But just because something is a dream does not mean it holds no meaning or value
