My first ACTUAL lucid dream? Really? really!

I'm absolutely SURE I did it, the last time, I only THOUGH I did it, and I probably wasn't, I probably was just screaming something randomly.
Anyways, on to the dream part on which I knew I was dreaming....which is at the start of the dream!

I was in a house, it wasn't MY house, but a house. I looked around and there it goes, the words that I didn't expect coming at me!
"Wait.....I'm dreaming! I'm dreaming! I'm dreaming!" and after a few sparks of color going away and coming back with each confession, I finally did it. Everything looked so....COLORFUL and kind of vivid, but that wasn't what I was doing. I was trying to keep my cool as to NOT anger the dream and kick me out for being too excited. I then started worrying onto what happens if you blink, I tried to, but in return I got something different. The dream was fading away, it was fading away into nothing! I tried to touch everything I could...and the dream stabled. Relived, I decided to see what happens when you stabbed a DC. I went into the kitchen, grabbed the biggest knife as possible,and started stabbing the person ALSO in the kitchen. The only thing that happened was she started yelling "Ow ow ow!" until I stopped, then went back to what she was doing, cooking. I walked away and went to the door. I went and said to the dream "when I open this door there will be a forest outside." with my eyes closed. My eyes started to water for some reason, but I ignored it. I open the door and look outside, there really was a forest out there! By this time I was wondering if I should meet my favorite shrine maiden, but didn't. I think I went back inside and did it again, only with a city. There were BABIES on a railing from what I remember. There was a school. I went inside twice somehow and saw 2 boys getting bullied on different occasions, but the last time I decided to take the boy home so I could talk to him. Though, immediately finding out as soon as I took him back that he was a JERK! I regret even bringing him there. though I can't remember what else happened.

Well there we have it, folks! after a week or two of having a dream journal, it comes! The biggest dream I have ever really had!

Well. I have questions.
1. Why did my eyes start to water?
2. Why didn't the DC die?
3. What was with the sparks of color before it actually worked?

I'm really new to lucid dreaming, so I can't answer any of those questions, but I've had like 2 lucid dreams in total after joining this forum, so I know how exciting it is. Congratulations on getting one and hopefully you will have many more!

From my amateur experience it seems like the things you mentioned are just your own brain's individual reactions to what you do in dreams. For example some people approach teleporting differently; some instantly just do it, others pull up an object like a touch screen and click a location, etc. Everyone's brain has different ways of translating your thoughts into physical dream appearances.
