To start since this is my first post, Hello. I got into this lucid dreaming thing after trying...certain...drugs...and I was fascinated by the brains power. I did not know lucid dreaming existed until recently. My first step was to build my dream recall, I could go days without remembering any part of a dream. After keeping a dream journal for a good couple weeks I started remembering my dreams, I then started looking for dream cues. One night, I looked down at my hands and noticed them changing shape, I instantly remembered this was one of my cues. I then made a very nice car appear and drove it, I then lost control but stayed lucid, the dream went weird but was still interesting. Upon wakening I thought back going "Wow, I cant believe a cop smashing into a building and the building repairing itself wasn't a good enough cue" (this happened after i lost control). Ever since then I have been through this site and forum looking for ways of improving my lucid dream experiences.

The feeling of it was amazing, if you have ever done the "spinning ballerina" and got her to spin the other way, when I did this my brain was like a light switch, it had a weird feeling to it, I had the same feeling in the dream when I realized I had control.

Typically I get a lot of HI before sleeping, and even the "falling through the bed" experience, but I have never had a dream like the one mentioned above, I have tried taking multi-vits and ZMA which help bring lucid dreams, but control is still a issue.

Hopefully my stay here improves on my dreaming!

Cheers.
