      First Ld's :D

      Hey guys
Last friday i had my first LD: I woke up , i aet breakfast but then i decided i was too damn tired to go to school. So i stayed home and went back to bed.I had a really vivid dream . At some point something bad happened and i started to feel fear. I said to myself "oh my god thats not happenning!!...wait a sec... I AM DREAMING! But as i said "i am dreaming" the wierdest thing happened : immediately the dream faded out, i could feel myself lying on the bed and i would hear a high pitch sound, after 2-3 sec i had halluculations : i saw a picture where two ghost-like bodies of mine were getting separated and after 2-3 sec i felt something pushed my back up and i got up. I knew i was in a LD and i was like "wtf!!" What i did is change the gravity, do an RC and then i tried to teleport. I went to the door, i imagined the place i wanted to go to, and opened the door, but nothing. I tried this 2-3 times and then i tried to jump-teleport. So i was thinking about the place, i jumped and something like a black hole appeard, i jumped in to it, but nothing happened. Then the Dream Faded and i woke up. From what i've read, i guess it was a mix of WBTB, DILD and WILD or something.
After reading some posts for Dream Controll , i noticed that it was stupid of me to do that kind of stuff in a dream and i should have done Passive dream controll where the dream should have lasted longer.
After that day, i had 2 more LD's . All i did is take a nap listening to "mind voyages loop track" and i had 2 ld's. not 1, but 2!
P.S. I need some suggestions about things to do while lucid that dont shorten the length and the vividness of the dream for begginners.

next lucid just try and stop and use all your senses, feel the ground, smell the air, listen to whatever sounds ur brain is creating. after that i guarantee your dream will be vivid as fauk

I envy you. I have been passively trying to lucid dream over the past 5 months. I haven't had one that I could recall yet. I won't stop trying though C=

Well, yea... i reccomend lots of WBTBs. Just put an alarm every night to ring after 5-6 hours of sleeping, then go drink some water, pee or something , stretch a bit and sleep again... You'll finally get it , i am sure.
Lucid dream sensation is kinda wierd and cool. You remember it more like a dream than reality, but you also remember the feeling that everything is so real and you could take decisions and think and generally be aware.

Yes this pretty much. This is almost exactly what I did during the LD I had today, after reading similar advice on this forum, and it was very effective. I ran my hands across the walls while inside, and when I got outside I felt the grass and grabbed a handful of dirt - it was very real.

Also really important, is keep your cool from the get go, act like "you've been there before", almost casual/nonchalant. Then once things feel stable, you can let yourself go more.
