      With Practice comes Perfection...

I was in a dryspell and decided to do a WBTB last night.... WOW.

It worked very nicely. First, when I came back to bed, I went into one WILD, that is inevitable when you WBTB... All stages:

[] - Buzz, vibrations, visual imagery and SP (Sleep Paralisys)

I was fooled in my bed about being awake... not a False Awakening, but a "not sure if I'm awake or not".

I have a technique to take advantage of SP. When I find myself in SP, I close my eyes (no matter if real or dream eyes). I crawl off my bed and go touching the walls of my bedroom, with eyes closed until I reach the door.

When I take the door handle and open the door, I also open my eyes to see if I will find the dream world.

Anfter some 2 or 3 trials, (coming back to bed in sleep position ), eventually I enter Dream World.

Last night, I managed to enter from the awake state, then I woke up... After that, in a dream I recognised I was dreaming and also started to take control.

I decided to lift a car, and I did it. I decided to heal a wounded person shooting rays from my hands, and I did it... and lots more, unitl my wife moved in bed and ended the party.

That's it. Thats my story for today.
