      My dreams..Almost the same?

Hello all I am new here but ive been having a strange experience in my dreams. My parents have just bought a beach house right on the bay. I was really excited about going there so I had a dream. Everything started out normal, execpt for the fact my family had changed. My mom dad sister and brother all looked and sounded different. I start walking on the beach and see something (dont remember what)

I ran back to the house and see a huge tsunami heading to the bay. The rest of the dream is very blury up to a part when I take my moms car to drive away from the beach. I see this girl around my age and I tell her to get in the car, a giant tsunami is heading our way. She gets in and we start speeding down the road. Now this is the part thats the same EVERY dream I remember. She says, "It's been fun". The rest of the dream is a complete blur. I've had dreams similar to this always involving the beach and this girl. One time I realized I was awake. I could not fly or do anything I just knew I had to be dreaming. I see the same girl again and the rest is a blur. I cannot remember past the part where she says "It's been fun" I really want to know what happens next so I can finish this damn dream. Any suggestions?

The best thing to do (of course) is to fall asleep right after you woke up, with the dream still fresh in your memory. But i guess you can rule that out.

Try thinking about the dream the next time you're going to bed, you know, right when your mind starts to wander and you're drifting away to sleep.

I guess someone can give you better advise, just wait
      hey

If I have a recuring dream that gets interupted and I want to finish it I do a suedo-Wake Back to Bed technique. what I do is the night that I have the dream in the first place I write down everything I can think of for that dream in the morning. Then the next night I go through 4 sleep cylces (about 6:15 hours for me) then I wake up and stay awake for half an hour. In this time I read what I wrote as many times as I can. As I am reading it I try and recreate exactly the dream in my head. I continue this visualisation as I go to sleep and I usualy have the rest of the dream in my last sleep cyle.

By the way, I have found that for these types of techniques it helps if you have practice with other sorts of mental discipline like meditation.
