I have been trying to have Lucid dreams for about 6 months maybe. I really havent put any effort into it in the last 3 though.
Last night I was just falling asleep, but I was in the stage where I could still hear the TV but my thoughts were completely random and I was almost dreaming. I kept doing reality checks in this stage, and a while later I just realized I was dreaming. I took some time to look around, and I was in a huge ice-cave. It was beautiful! I walked through a door and I was in my brothers dorm room, which I wasnt really expecting. Anyway, there was an incident of kissing which I initiated (the first thing I've ever been able to control!) and it was weird, because the person reacted EXACTLY how his real personality would have. It was funny.
But anyway, I noticed that I could completely control what I wanted to do, so that was cool. But I couldnt change the environment or what other people were doing. I eventually lost lucidity, but it was cool because I could actually feel myself losing it. I realized it was happening, and I tried to stop it, but I couldnt.
I also woke up just a bit disappointed because I had lost the lucidity, but I felt that I had kept it for a very long time. It Felt like about 10 minutes. Is there any way that I can keep ludity longer, or make it more clear?
