WOW _ I had a lucid dream last night

Hello Everyone,

Not sure where to start really, I had never heard about lucid dreaming until I started googling dreams this morning after what happened last night.

I was dreaming, driving in my car, not sure what triggered it but all of a sudden I remember thinking, hang on a minute this is a dream, I got so excited it was such a wonderful feeling and thinking that I could do anything I wanted. For some strange reason the first thing I wanted to do was have sex with someone???....god knows where that came from because I'm happily married. So next thing it gets slightly blurry but then I'm in a club and looking for some people, I met a friend and told her this was a dream and could do anything.....I also wondered for a minute if this was actually her dream that I had entered. I then met my husband who was DJ's in the club (he's not a DJ by the way) and told him this was a dream and I was going to ask him in the morning if he'd had a dream about being a DJ.

Next I was chatting to some guys, one of their faces kept changing, I kept thinking of famous people I wanted to kiss hoping they would appear none appeared but I started to kiss a girl (not something I would EVER do) and got really turned on. I started to drift away after that and remember being excited again and telling myself this was a dream and I could do anything I wanted. Next I was standing in the elevator as someone else I wanted to kiss was on another floor, but remember getting really fustrated becaused the elevator wouldn't work. Next thing I was flying, it was amazing, over the fields and sea and the dream ended with me standing somewhere very dark, there were people but it was blurry, I couldn't make out their faces but someone was wearing a bright red top. Then I woke up.

I've not actually told my husband about this as I really don't think he would believe me but I can't wait to have another dream. No idea what triggered my lucid dream last night but want it to happen again and again, the feeling of controlling everything that happens is overwhelming.

First of all, welcome to DV my friend.
You probable experienced a DILD(Dream Induce Lucid Dream), it's some sort of technique or process wherein you are in a don't know that you're dreaming, but after some point of time, you realize that it's just a dream. In a Lucid Dream, there's a lot of endless possibilities. From flying, to killing and even cloning yourself.

Thanks weakamon......I will have a read, like I said though I knew from the beginning that I knew I was dreaming and knew that I could do anything because it was a dream.
