Thread: Urinating in an LD

Recently, in a lucid dream, I urinated and my penis just started whipping around all by itself like a worm or something.

Has this happened to anyone else?

If so, does anyone else know why it happens.

Well, I'm female so I can't say that has ever happened to me personally (although I have experiences dreams in a male body before), but I'll try my best to answer. Usually, urination in a dream is symbolic of a spiritual 'purge' of some sort. Your subconscious mind is ridding itself of something it had carried with it.

I'm not really sure how to interpret the flopping penis... It could be that whatever burden you were carrying was one that you felt threatened your masculinity? Obviously dreaming of a penis, or any phallus for that matter, represents--to put it very bluntly--man. Masculinity. A father figure. From there, you need to look at the context and try to figure it out from there.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I hope it was helpful.

I haven't ever had that happen to me but that is definitely a sure dream sign!!! I think that might freak me out a bit.

That's definately freaky.... never happened to me. I do remember though, that when I was little, I used to dream that I went to the bathroom and I would usually wake up all wet in bed... no floppy penis though

Sometimes, I'll be dreaming that I'm urinating, but it's only because I really have to. I never have done it really in my bed though. In my dreams, I have to urinate over and over again, because in reality, I'm not doing anything. Then I wake up and realize that I really have to go. Anyway, that's my experience with that.

Every time I have dreamt of urinating I either wake up or later find myself in a wet bed. Thankfully not since a child though

remember that when you sleep sometimes your body does act out the dream expecially if the dream seems so real. you could try doing your business and your body will act it out i once dreamed that i was smashing tv and the next thing i knew i was trying to pick up my friends tv to smash it. (i spent the night) they were like wtf so be care full

This can only happen if you have a sleeping disorder such as somnambulism (Sleep Walking).
Ordinarily, you're gonna be paralysed while sleeping anyway

Nevertheless, bed wetting seems to be one of the exceptions, along with eye movement.
I'm sure everyone went through a phase of bed wetting as a child, and had to 'learn' not to do it.

I remember when I was a kid I had a lucid dream where I pissed into a jug of cordial as a prank.

If you know you are dreaming, it seems that that would be a really bad time to pis. I am weary about having sex in lucid dreams because I don't want to get caught humping the wall.

About a year and a half ago, I was obscenely drunk and staying at my girlfriend's house. I went sleep walking while drunk, and I thought I was pissing on a tree stump in the woods, but I was actually pissing on my girlfriend's heater.

Ouch. I'd be interested to know how sleep walkers react in lucid dreams.
I mean... do you guys also sleep walk when lucidly dreaming?

I urinate all the time in my dreams. The problem is that I don't get any relief. This is a sure dream sign for me, but I have never yet recognized it as such and become lucid. Eventually, I wake up and I really have to run to the bathroom. Sometimes a whole dream will be built around finding a place to urinate and then finally urinating but without relief. I'm sure this is because I've got to go so bad, but for some reason I'm not waking up. Weird, huh.

I am not a regular sleep walker. The night I talked about was a fluke. I think it had something to do with the fact that we had been shooting moonshine. I only know of one other time I might have been sleep walking, but it is still iffy. I just know that I dreamed I was walking down my street in my underwear when I was much younger. My mother woke me up and asked me why the garage door was open.

I did have a lucid dream a few months ago where I believed that I was asleep with my eyes open and dreaming while I went around town with some friends and a bunch of bizarre stuff happened. I woke up and realized, to my surprise, that I had been on my couch the whole time.

with your eyes open? hopefully your were blinking... lol.

I've never had a dream about urinating before X) especially that... never had it... when I need to go to the bathroom real badly my mind automatically wakes me up... and if I feel like sleeping sometimes... I fall back asleep instead of going to the bathroom... strangely... lol... and I just keep waking up and eventually I go to the bathroom... lol...

speaking of sleep walks... well... i guess I had a sort of really weird "dream" but it wasn't exactly a dream... it was really weird. Usually when I'm half-asleep I think weird things... like "Oh yeah... if I put that line and that line... I do get that wall... hmm..." lol, and extremely weird stuff like that... but I'm aware that I'm sort of awake. Anyhow... one day I was like half-asleep and start thinking about stuff and then all of the sudden I decide to do something weird. I get my covers, head to my brother's bedroom, and throw them on his room. I returned to my room and went right back to sleep. I still remember that I did that... but when I woke up... I remembered I did that but I was like "wtf?" lol... then my brother asks me... and I just said I was sleep walking... lol... it was really weird though... and I can't help but wonder why I think such weird stuff like that when I'm starting to fall asleep.

I urinated in an LD once... when I awoke there was piss dripping off the ceiling (I was on the top of a bunk-bed)
Alittle while ago I had to do the other bussiness in a LD and almost did, but then I suddenly snapped back into conciousness and stopped also onced I WILDed and thought it failed, then I went to go urinate and suddenly realized I was dreaming (looked into the mirror)

I did have one weird dream where me and my friend were taking a piss and he accidently pissed on my shoe, so I accidently got him back, then it got out of hand and we just ending up pissing all over each other.

we were soaked. and he walked home soaked. It was really funny.

The odd thing is that nobody has mentioned waking up in a puddle.

It is true that I have urinated in a dream without waking up to wet and warm sheets.

But that wouldn't tempt me to take a dream dump...

Then I knew what would happen if I did not consiously hold it in if I am going to urinate in a dream again.

so yeah be careful with that ppl. even if you can't move sometimes you can still unrinate.

It reminds me of the old story about the two hippies walking down street trying to remember where they parked their car, in which one of the hippies notices as sudden very bad smell coming from the other hippy. So he asks, "hey, man, did you poop yourself or somethin? Jeez, man, why don't you clean yourself up?" And the other hippy answered, "Wow, man, cause I'm not finished yet".

I havent peed in LD, but I have in a normal dream and it just didn't stop, I peed for a LONG time, until I woke up with a dry bed
