      post your WILD experences here

      i have read the WILD tutorial and i have been trying WILD the last week or two and the closest i got was my muscels tensing up which means they got close to paralysis and my vision being blury if that had anything to do with it. to get a better idea of what it is i want to hear your WILD expernces if they are unsucesful ones or succesful ones i want to hear them all.

      well usually I just lay there breathing and focusing on my breathing for like 30 mins then im directly into an LD without any SP or WILD experiences.
      A few nights ago I got into SP though, I was lieing there for about an hour when I decided to see if I was in a dream, then I tried to reach my nose but I couldnt move, I then sensed a horrible presence beside my bed (I was wearing a sleepmask), but I have heard of these feeling and seeing things so It didnt phase me at all, I began to lift my right hand but it would only move up about and inch, and when I moved it it felt like moving through wet concrete. then I tried to roll my body so I could go into a fake OBE (I dont believe that anyone can just roll out of their body and be in an OBE) but my body wouldnt budge, so I just laid there about 5 seconds and then suddenly felt an amazing wave going from my feet all the way up to my head, then suddenly I opend my eyes and was in my dream bed and room

      also by fake OBE i meant an LD of having an OBE
      ~I wake up a little more every time I dream.

      I to have had a SP were i had the ability to wiggle my arm.

      I like how you used the sleeping mask so you could not see what your brain was creating during WILD i have a sleeping mask at home to so ill try wearing it like you did! :
