      Lucid Dremaing?

I was just curious if this was LD.

It was early morning and i was effen tired and just kept waking up and falling back to sleep. However during one of does dreams, i knew i was in a dream, but thought it was just me daydreaming. But i was like "WAIT!....This is a dream!" and it went all white, and i felt my body vibrating mostly my hand, and it seemed like i was being "warped" out then back. like in a video game, i see lots of pixel stuffs, then white, then i feel like i was coming back to my body, and i open my eyes. I was like "This is prolly a False awakening, so i did the NP reality check, and verified it as a dream, however i was walking as if i just woke up forcefully. I went to the door and said "I will find my girlfrind." and when i opened the door, she popped her head out and probably sadi something, but i dont remember. i followed her through a place i dont know. And then i grabbed her and started making out, however i dont remember much afterwards, and prolly woke up, and was like wtf....did i lucid dream or was it just a vivid dream where i THOUGHT i was lucid dreaming....

I have never lucid dremaed in my life, and i just want to know how it feels to transistion to LD, and how it feels in LD. DOes it feel like RL, where u are conscious of everything going around you? its like playing an fps game or something...idk...i want to know D:

      Hi there my friend,

That's definitely a Lucid Dream you got there. To be aware that you are dreaming is enough to say that you're lucid dreaming my friend. Now regarding about the transition, the transitional phase is also called Sleep paralysis. Sleep Paralysis is often accompanied by strange effects called Hypnagogic Hallucinations. Effects may include vibration of the body, buzzy sounds in the ear, creepy images, and the like. The effects a person may experience vary from person to person. Some only experience mild buzzy sounds while others experience intense vibration of the body and loud sharp noises in their ears. So prepare yourself for this kind of effects. But you'll probably get used to it after a couple of times experiencing. Just tell yourself that all of the effects you are experiencing are just in your head and nothing more.

Feel free to reply back and hope this helps

hmm...well i already read about the SP, but i was curious on the transition from u in RL from sleep paralysis to the dream world. like i guess i just don't understand how u go into the dream.

and also, why couldnt i rmember much, it felt more like a dream, rather than me being lucid.

That was definitely a lucid dream. Those body distortions, vibrations, and other hallucinations are typical of a WILD transition.

how did i get a wild experience when i was sleeping ._. lol
btw is it normal for a newbie to lose lucidity and remember it as a dream ( or forget it)?

because after the first view, i seemed to have lost my lucidity and it went back to a normal dream.
