      My first Lucid Dream

It is strange, because during my last 2 weeks, I dont have writing in my dream journal, and I got my first lucid dream.

Well, it is begin with a woke up in my bed. I was on the stomach, and I open my eyes. One of my 2 eyes was close because of my pillow. But at this moment, I feel something strange. My views was not like the reality. I am not able to tell you my feling, but I knew I was dreaming. But to be certain, I do a reality chek with my nose, and it work, I was able to breathe! I am put upright, and begin to turn my body for make lucidity, but my lucidity was not good. And after I wanted to open the door of my chamber, I began to stress a lot and I woke up. My lucid dream lasted 10 second.

It is a very great experiment for me.

      Well that is great Utherfold!!!

Sometimes we over work the whole method, it may prohibit us from having the lucid dream. Maybe that 2 weeks off helped. It was still in there. ( your brain)
I completely understand what you mean when you say you can't explain how you were feeling. To experiance is to understand.
And this being your first lucid dream, it is sooo new to everything your conditioned mind is used to that stress is common as well
*. But just keep in mind.... it is a dream! You can't be hurt! And in time you can gain more control over the situations in your dreams.
Congratulations. I Wish you many more!

I haven't say that I was afraid, I began to stress because at this moment I was so happy.
