      Sucess! But not much!

Last night i awoke for some strange reason, whatever that may have been. I then went back to sleep, after that I remember being jolted awake. Something like a dog or wolf was under the covers of my bed. I grabbed it with my left arm as it tried to bite me. I remember seeing the head of it in the covers coming for me. I could fell it! It was amazing how realistic it was, my room looked perfect. All of a sudden after a second or two of holding it like that i thought "I have to be dreaming" with my free hand i did a nose pinch and viola I awoke! Hopefully next time im not jolted awake!

The thought of dreaming may have caused a reaction within the depths of the conscious nervous and cardiac system via transference through the subconscious system.

If you think about dreaming to much and become overly excited you will have a higher chance of waking.

Basically view it as if it were real life and don't think of it as such a big deal, unless your doing mantras to get INTO the dream.

Remember, stay calm, stabilize and then go about yourself.
