Yeah sounds like it could be sleep paralysis with hypnagoc hallucinations - when the body falls asleep and the mind remains aware, allowing it to run free! Loud sounds and feelings of pressure are quite common. Also, Im guessing this happened when you went to sleep initially for the night, which is perhaps the worst time to try a WILD. You need to have some deep sleep first, try waking up 4 and a half or 6 hours after sleep and repeating exactly what you did. Good luck! |
