      Into the Void

I've been finding that most of my LDs are ending before I want them to. The problem seems to be that everything slows down and stops, or somehow I'm knocked into the void. My theory on this is that after I realize I am in controll It seems like everything that's happening should be a result of my thoughts. When I then think that I'm not making everything happen, it all just stops.

As far as falling into the void, I've been able to get back into my dreams ocasionally by closing my eyes and looking up and to the right (NLP). But often getting sucked into it totally kills my lucidity.

I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences or suggestions?

I've never experienced that, but I have a couple of exercises that may help you lessen the occurances. For the next few times you are lucid, don't try to force or control anything.

Walk around and examine everything in as much detail as you can, look at things, pick them up and feel their weight and texture. See if the feels hot or cold to you. Just take in as much sensory input as you can.

HOWEVER, do not try to overly analyze anything or attempt to change it in anyway. Appreciate the world of your LD, feel wonder at its realness and beauty.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
