My DEILD Experience

I had a somewhat awkward DEILD experience and I decided to share it for those of you who would like to know. I woke up randomly in the middle of the night. Not thinking, I opened up my eyes for about 2 seconds and closed them. I did not move at all. I had my mind set for a DEILD and this is kinda hard to explain but I ended up visualizing 2 sheets of paper with pairs of numbers on each paper. The numbers on each sheet were different. I was trying to match each of the numbers so both sheets were the same. As I looked back and fourth at each sheet of paper, the numbers would change. As this was happening, it was almost like a non-lucid but I had only a very small amount of awareness. This visualization felt almost like a daydream but with less awareness. I somehow visualized myself in bed. If i remember correctly, i thought to myself, "Okay this is enough" then I transitioned to me lying in bed. The only difference was that I automatically knew I was lucid dreaming. And that was my DEILD experience. Tell me what you think.

This was like a combination of both but more of DEILD because I "exited" out of a previous non-lucid.
