Constantly Wetting the Bed

This might be a bit embarassing but, EVERYTIME I dream about urinating in dreams, I do it in real life, no exceptions. Sometimes I feel like I need to go in my dreams, then poof, im in the park or in front of a toilet, then I freely let it go. Only to find out in the morning that I have wet myself. Anyone have something like this happen with them??

i've done that too.. but it is a loong time ago, i was sleeping at my grandparents house, and i dreamt that i had to go to the toilet, and then all of a sudden i was at the toilet, and i started to urinate, but then i thought; this feels damn strange, so i realized what had happend, so i woke up, cleaned the bed, took a shower, and went to sleep again..
that's the only time i've done that.

maybe you should not drink much late at the evening, or be sure to go to the toilet before bed (i guess you already do that.. but just telling

)

this was a while back like 4 years, id have them constantly, finally i got potty trained haha (14 years old now)

I always seem to use the toilet when i'm dreaming, its a good place to perform 'reality checks' - i guess i'm lucky i havent wet the bed yet

ya just a week or two ago i was dreaming of walking up to the toilet and then used it. i woke up and bed was dry. so i guess im just lucky that way aswell.

i would think it has something to do with sp not fully functioning properly or something. who knows

Myriad902 I think that one solution is to make a reality check every time you see a toilet, that way you can know when is safe to let it go...

I don´t know the reason why some people can go to the bathroom in their dreams without urinatin in real life, sometimes i dream about that but i never have that accident, maybe is because i go to the bathroom before going to bed... but i don´t know

dude urinating in oyur bed is a completely casual thing everybody doese it, its like what beds are for....

Well.. I can't say that I haven't had problems w/that, but I have figured out a way to avoid that no matter how many times you go in a LD (took me years to figure that out

). Just don't drink anything after 6:30PM, & try to dehydrate yourself b4 going to bed. The only warning that I have on this is if you live in a dry climate, you might wake up w/a sore throat(that barely effects me at all!)!
