Thread: Am I lucid dreaming?

well if it only happened once i would say no not naturally. before i got into LDing i had a couple of them without trying but now that i am into it again i find it rather difficult to have more.

the couple i had (that i can remember right now) i had were on accident but caused by good reason. one i had while noticing my bathroom trashcan was out of place (atfer i developed excellent recall that is).
another i was napping during the first hurricane to hit florida last year (not much else to do really). the government made the hurricane stand still on us for 3 days and the sound of the wind got me lucid. the second hurricane didnt last as long so i didnt get to nap during it but both were DIRECT eye hits in 2 weeks on my location..

This has happened a few times now and my search on the Net about how I can do that led me here, does it mean that it is lucid dreaming? and if so that I can do it naturally?
