well the only way to find out if you can is to try..and besides..why fear..it's all a dream...your dream..your control..your place...so make it what you want |

Every time I experience a lucid dream and want to do something crazy such as fly off a window or anything like that, I begin to fear that even though everything is just a dream what if it isn't? and I loose my lucidity at that point. "You may think you can fly but you better not try" - there is even a song like that |

well what i do is steadily do reality checks, this way you know that theres no way you can breathe out of your nose, also i used to experience that all the time, now i can do psycho stuff without reality checks, because if you just stand and try and focus on your senses youl see how different it really is, also you have to say somethin g like "how did i get here?" |

i think that you start losing your lucidity at the point you start fearing what could happen. if you really know its a dream, you wont get hurt. maybe commanding yourself to increase the level of lucidity would work? |
