First Lucid Dreams

I woke up last night after 4.5 hours of sleep to do MILD as i have been for a week and had great results. At first I had a semi-lucid that wasn't anything special but i experienced my first lucid dream after that. I was on the coast of california and RCed just out of habit and I was dreaming. I calmed down and stabilized. There were some DCS and one of them told me how to fly in the dream. Up to that point the dream was probably 5 minutes long but i lost lucidity when i started flying. Then i woke up from that dream and had another semi-lucid but had another lucid dream. I was in spanish class and RCed out of habit and i was dreaming.I stabilized and shouted increase lucidity. I jumped out the window into this giant ravine and flew for the rest of the ream which probably lasted 5 minutes.

I had to learn to fly "ALONE"!! Your so lucky, got a DC as a tutor, Damn. Not bad for your first lucid dream, infact it was great. Flying is probably the best thing to do in a LD (after sex, ofcourse). I spent probably 10 LDs just flying around. Great Experience!!

Yeah actually the day of, I had read the article on how to fly at world-of-lucid-dreaming.com and the DC that taught me how to fly was the creator of that site. I think it was also because i set a very clear intention to fly and NOT to have sex. In the dream i thought about having sex but luckily i decided against it. Once i have a few more lucid dreams under my belt, i will think about sex.
